Brabin’s Gallery, Chipping is pleased to welcome ‘Canvas’; a group of women artists for the Horwich and Chorley Area.
The group is celebrating the anniversary of their formation with an exhibition of new work.

Sue Barnes

Works in a variety of media influenced by Impressionism, her wide range of artworks are created with rich colours in a painterly manner.

Janet Cardwell

Has a textile and print background, a love of colour, pattern and texture is evident in her vibrant paintings, collages and original prints.

Rosie Rimmer

Uses mixed media for her contemporary images of meadow, shoreline and gardens.

The exhibition will run from Sunday 1st August until Sunday 30th August.
Brabin’s Gallery is open daily from 9am to 5pm (closed 1pm – 2pm weekdays). There is no charge for admission. Brabin’s Shop sells a range of gifts and toys, there is also a tea garden serving tea/coffee and home made cakes. It is in the centre of the village opposite the (defunct) Talbot Arms
